You don’t get to ‘achieve’ enlightenment. You don’t get to ‘earn’ it. You don’t get to rush God. Awakening happens when, where, and if the Divine feels like it. So what’s the best thing to do? Be an interesting monkey. Because God tends to play with the fun ones.
